Yes, there is a 31 days back AWS Auro­ra back­up in place which allows restor­ing the com­plete Unusu­al Suite data set of all cus­tomers in case of a cat­a­stroph­ic infra­struc­ture fail­ure.

Yes, your data­base as well as your login cre­den­tials will be delet­ed upon your request. It’s your respon­si­bil­i­ty to cre­ate a copy of your data set if you wish to do so before ini­ti­at­ing the dele­tion request. Note, that the back­ups of your data will be main­tained for the extend of the back­up peri­od above. How­ev­er, Unusu­al Soft­ware GmbH will not be able to asso­ciate the back­up data with your ter­mi­nat­ed account.

At this time you have the option to do a hard dele­tion of the customer’s data. There is no pseu­do­nymi­sa­tion or any oth­er way imple­ment­ed yet to main­tain non PII data.
You may chose to pro­vide your cus­tomer this state­ment:
”The data of the web appli­ca­tion is reg­u­lar­ly backed up. The backed up data is encrypt­ed, trans­ferred to the serv­er of the data proces­sor and stored there. After dele­tion of data from the web appli­ca­tion, it remains in the back­up data­base for anoth­er six months. Sole pur­pose of the back­up sys­tem is to ensure the avail­abil­i­ty and recov­er­abil­i­ty of the web appli­ca­tion. Indi­vid­ual per­son­al data can­not be retrieved from the data set stored in the back­up.”
