You can start a subscription if you're on the 'Free Edition' or in the free trial period of a 'Pro Edition'. Click the 'My account' in the top right and select 'Start your subscription...'. Choose the number of users and whether you prefer annual or monthly payments.

Click the 'My account' in the top right and select 'Manage your subscription...' to change your plan. Changing payment terms or decreasing the number of users takes effect at the end of the current subscription period. Increasing the number of users is effective immediately and an additional order charges you for the difference.
Credits let you use additional features such as artificial intelligence (AI) and translation services. Click the 'My account' in the top right and select 'Purchase credits...' to buy credits at any time.
To check your credit balance, click the 'My account' in the top right and select 'About...'.
Invoices are created at the start of each subscription period, when you upgrade the number of licensed users, and when you purchase credits. They contain the data you need to comply with your tax authorities' regulations.
Click the 'My account' in the top right, select 'More tools...' and then 'Invoices...' to view your invoices. You can download each invoice as a PDF.
Click the 'My account' in the top right, select 'More tools...' and then 'Edit invoicing data...' to update your invoicing details. Changes apply to the next invoice created.
There are no refunds of any kind.
Unusual Suite currently supports PayPal as its only payment provider. You can pay using your PayPal account, by bank transfer through PayPal, or by credit card if you don't have a PayPal account.
