Troubleshooting

Update the Unusual Suite Browser Version

After Unusual Suite is updated, your browser detects that there is an updated version available and automatically loads it from the Unsual Suite server.

Unusual Suite is auto-updated - you don't have to do anything.

However, sometimes the auto-update fails and you will get the error message 'Your Unusual Suite software is outdated...'.

There are several options to fix the problem:

  • clear your browser cache, e.g. for the Chrome browser you can find that option by clicking the Chrome menue on the top right, selecting 'Delete browsing data...', clicking 'Cached images and files' and pressing the 'Delete data' button. Start Unusual Suite again after clearing the browser cache.
  • if you still get the error message above, try to explicitly log off by clicking this link https://ds-01.unusual-suite.com/logoff.
  • if you still can't login then switch your browser to incognito mode, start Unusual Suite and explicity log off by clicking this link https://ds-01.unusual-suite.com/logoff. For the Chrome browser you can find the incognito option by clicking the Chrome menue on the top right, selecting 'New Incognito Window'.

Reset Your Workspace

There can be situations where you want to reset your workspace. You can reset your workspace to factory settings by clicking the ‘My account’ icon $Icon.?$ on the top right, selecting ‘More tools...’ and then ‘Reset my workspace…’. Unusual Suite logs you off after your workspace is reset, you can login again.

It is recommended to reset your workspace if you have changed the language settings. To change the language settings click the ‘My account’ icon $Icon.?$ and select ‘Settings…’.
