A Kanban board displays your work items as cards arranged in columns, where each column represents a stage in your process. You move cards from left to right as work progresses.
Unusual Suite uses Kanban boards to track the status of activities, projects, tickets and issues.
Each column initially loads a subset of records — typically 25. When you scroll to the bottom of a column, the next group of records is loaded automatically. There is no upper limit on the total number of records a column can contain.
Drag a card from its current column and drop it into the target column. The stage property of the record is immediately updated to match the new column.
Drag a card up or down within the same column to change its position. Use this to prioritize items within a stage without changing their stage.
Click any card to open and edit the record. If you change the stage property while editing, the card moves to the corresponding column when you save.
You can choose which columns are visible and save that layout under a name.
Your saved layout and the default layout are both shown at the bottom of the 'More' menu . Click either one to switch between them.
